appointment basis only.

In adherence to the Ministry of Health’s advice on social distancing, several measures will be taken by the department:

• Collection of data requested and payment of data purchase is done on appointment basis only.

• Number of representative from each company / agency is limited to one person only;

• Temperature checks and filling in Self Declaration Form at the Security Post upon arrival;

• The use of face mask at all time is required;

• Maximum 30 minutes per appointment slot.
